Membership

You don't buy a membership. You fund a category.

It's not a subscription — it's a stake. You fund a category, take its director's seat, and pool resources, revenue and talent with eleven others shaping the age of AI. Every director pays monthly membership dues to the Consortium — and those dues fund the projects, education and enlightenment the whole sector runs on.

The two identities
Services side · Product side

Services side or product side, the core is the same: you become a category director, and you pay monthly membership dues to the Consortium. What differs is what you bring, and what you get.

The services side

Industry Orchestrator

Professional services delivery organization

You deliver outcomes, not boxes. An Orchestrator is a services organization dedicated to the right result for the industrial buyer — and holds one category seat, exclusively, as its director.

You give
  • Monthly membership dues to the Consortium
  • Delivery muscle toward the right outcome
  • A design & strategic voice in the standard
You get
  • Exclusive hold on your category seat
  • Standing to sub on the next big contract
  • The endorsement of the Consortium
Promote your ability to deliver Intelligence.
The product side

Industrial Innovator

Commercialized product company

You build. An Innovator brings a commercialized product and funds the campaign to build it in the lab with the group — co-design and co-build, taken to industrial grade alongside the directors.

You give
  • Monthly membership dues to the Consortium
  • Funding for your product's campaign
  • Your product into co-design & co-build
You get
  • Your product built to industrial grade
  • The lab, the group, and the mark behind it
  • A director's voice in the standard
Fund the awareness campaign for your product and its advanced outcomes.

One membership type per category. Two categories means two memberships.
Before you join
The house rulesSmall group · real responsibility

One category per membership

Each seat is a single discipline. Want two categories? That's two memberships. It keeps the table clean and the directorship real.

Hold your year — or find your replacement

If you can't hold the year or need to back out, you find your replacement. A seat is a commitment to the group, not a subscription you pause.

Your revenue is yours

Sign a separate agreement with a prospect and the Consortium takes no cut of your revenue — no haircut. Donations as gratitude are welcome, never required.

Responsibility is upheld

Networking is community-based, and with only twelve members, everyone carries their weight. The size is the point.

What membership carries
Directorship & à la carte services

You're a director

Every member is the director of one category — a design and strategic voice in the standard and the mark. A voice, not a vote; leadership, not a share.

À la carte, vetted

Fractional CRO, CTO, CIO, CISO — provided through individual arrangements with vetted members, organized by the twelve categories, prescribed at onboarding or as needed.

The League is your asset

Membership buys access to the League of Industrial Orchestrators — the free, earned-in community of manufacturers and operators the whole build serves.

What your dues fund
Where the money goesNot fees — fuel for the whole sector

Dues aren't a bill for services — they're the group's shared investment. Pooled, they fund the work that raises the floor for everyone in industrial AI.

Projects

Real category projects, built in the lab with the group.

Education

The courses, guides and boot camps that move industrial buyers.

Enlightenment

Authoritative content that raises the whole sector's understanding.

On-site training

Trainings for manufacturers, delivered where the work happens.

Volunteer work

We show up for the industry as a group — not just for ourselves.

Why we're here

Here to help the whole industrial sector thrive.

Vendors, service providers, product companies, advisory and consulting — the whole thing. We work to make sure everyone understands the Consortium and what it's for: raising the floor for the entire sector. Because we are the Intelligence Layer experts — value architects, enterprise architects and system engineers.

Be clear on what this is

Not a marketing firm. No promised outcomes.

The Consortium is an association of industrial companies sharing a common goal, investing in the education and enlightenment of the target audience. The benefits run deeper than any marketing program — but we'd rather you be clear on what you're involved with, and why, than sell you a result we don't promise.

The table is small on purpose

Think you belong at it?

Seats are vetted and offered — one per category. Tell us who you are and why, or sit in on a Drop-In first and see how we work.
